Hampshire County Council are seeking an IT Project Manager on a temporary 6 month contract, with significant skills and experience of managing IT projects in a schools environment.

- 312 day rate (umbrella)
- Inside IR35
Candidate Profile:
- Must have a delivery focus,
- have strong planning and communication skills with some understanding of schools' technology setup.
- Sound financial management and an ability to present and report to senior management are also important.
- Successfully working with third parties to deliver collaborative solutions is a key aspect of the role.
- You will also be self-motivated.
Main Responsibilities:
- Successfully plan, manage and deliver schools IT projects, known as the Schools Capital Build programme, within time, quality and budget constraints.
- Successfully manage project and programme stakeholders developing strong relations with the key personnel using appropriate project governance.
- Develop and maintain a programme plan to monitor and track progress.
- Co-ordinate project resources including internal, 3rd party suppliers and customers in the successful delivery of projects.
- Manage and deliver several projects concurrently.
- Identify and manage any project and programme risks, and issues providing appropriate controls and escalation.
