Our client, a leader in the Manufacturing & Production industry, is seeking a passionate and skilled Technical Support Engineer to join their dynamic team! This permanent position offers you the opportunity to make a real impact while working with cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support in relation to Adhesive Application to our UK & European distributor network through phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Conduct training sessions and joint customer visits to ensure our partners are well-equipped
  • Develop and implement testing programmes while maintaining a central knowledge database for easy access
  • Handle technical inquiries via the helpline and tech support inbox, ensuring prompt resolutions
  • Prepare engaging presentations and materials for webinars and training sessions
  • Tackle product quality complaints with professionalism and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Material or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in adhesives, sealants, coatings, or paints is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of the MS Office Suite and excellent communication skills
  • A full driving licence and availability for approximately 15-20% travel
  • Additional language skills are highly desirable!
