We’re seeking a Private Clients Account Handler to support a high-performing team of HNW Account Executives at a leading international brokerage. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to prestigious clients, working closely with Account Executives to manage, retain, and grow an established portfolio.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting Account Executives in managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, primarily across Home, Buildings & Contents
- Handling day-to-day client servicing, including mid-term adjustments, policy documentation, and general enquiries
- Assisting with the renewals and re-broking process, ensuring deadlines are met and clients receive exceptional service
- Preparing reports, presentations, and client correspondence to support Account Executives in client meetings
- Coordinating with insurers and internal teams to secure competitive terms and bespoke solutions
- Identifying opportunities to enhance cover and cross-sell complementary products
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in Private Clients insurance, ideally with exposure to HNW risks
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills
- A team player who enjoys working collaboratively to deliver results
- Familiarity with complex risks such as contract works is desirable but not essential
