Are you a recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate in Town Planning, Geography, or a related discipline? Looking to kick-start your planning career in a supportive, consultancy environment where you can make a genuine impact from day one?

We're working exclusively with a respected planning and development consultancy based in the heart of Winchester, known for their collaborative culture, diverse project portfolio, and commitment to developing early-career talent. With a strong pipeline of work across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, they're now looking to expand their team with a Graduate Town Planner.

You'll be working alongside experienced planners and directors on a broad mix of projects, supporting planning applications, preparing planning statements, conducting research, and liaising with clients and local authorities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a solid foundation for your RTPI chartership.
