A well-established and respected regional law firm is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Property Lawyer (10+ years' PQE) to join its dynamic team based in Winchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior lawyer looking to take on a leadership role within a growing, forward-thinking practice known for its high-quality work and supportive culture.

The RoleYou will be involved in a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

  • Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
  • Commercial leases acting for both landlords and tenants
  • Development projects and land acquisitions
  • Secured lending and property finance
  • Portfolio management for corporate clients

As a senior member of the team, you'll also play a key role in mentoring junior lawyers, supporting business development efforts, and helping shape the strategic growth of the department.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Lawyer with 10+ years' PQE in commercial property
  • Strong experience across the full spectrum of property transactions
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Leadership experience and interest in mentoring junior team members
  • Commercially astute and confident managing complex transactions independently
