We are seeking a talented Solicitor to join our busy and expanding Family Law team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years’ PQE and will take on an existing caseload, with the opportunity to develop and grow within a supportive and dynamic team.

  • Legal Advice on a range of Family Matters, including:
  • Divorce & Separation
  • Finances
  • Children Work (Contact and Residence)
  • Pre- and Post-nuptial Agreements
  • Separation Agreements and Separation Disputes
  • Cohabitation Agreements
  • Good practice and compliance with all relevant bodies regulations and protocol, including Resolution, SRA, LawNet standards, Office Manual, and department processes
  • Performing against pre-set targets and KPI’s
  • Delegation of work to and mentoring of department support staff, including secretaries and paralegals
  • Marketing yourself and the firm to maintain and grow the reputation and profile of the Family Law team
  • Managing your client base by its expansion as well as maintaining relationships with existing clients. This may include attendance at the firm or other events/seminars
  • Managing your professional development through the firm’s resources and your own review of your competency and needs, and demonstrating thought leadership
  • Qualification as a collaborative lawyer and/or mediator is desirable, although not a prerequisite for this role
