I’m excited to be partnering exclusively with a leading global organisation to recruit a Legal Advisor for their expanding European legal team. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing in-house legal function within a dynamic, fast-paced business that spans multiple disciplines.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Legal Advisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Senior Legal Advisor and Head of Legal across the European region. Your work will be varied, strategic, and hands-on, including:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal documents (e.g. leases, service contracts, NDAs, construction agreements, collateral warranties).
  • Advising on legal risks and obligations across diverse business units.
  • Supporting GDPR and data protection compliance, including drafting data processing agreements and conducting impact assessments.
  • Managing external legal counsel and monitoring legal spend.
  • Delivering legal training and updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Attending management meetings and contributing to strategic decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 5+ years PQE (flexible depending on experience).
  • Strong academic background (LLB or equivalent).
  • In-house legal experience preferred.
  • Expertise in commercial contracts, property law, planning, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and EU procurement rules.
  • Commercially minded, collaborative, and proactive.
