Description

The Property Finance Paralegal's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Title insurance conveyancing
  • Full due diligence conveyancing under supervision from a solicitor
  • Being proactive with team tasks
  • Assisting with quote requests
  • Carrying out initial communication (verbal and written) with all parties including banks, other side solicitors and brokers
  • Drafting and reviewing paperwork

Profile

The Property Finance Paralegal should be:

  • An experienced paralegal, ideally with prior exposure to property finance or commercial property work
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Able to manage deadlines and competing priorities with a proactive approach
  • Strong understanding of legal process
  • A strong team player with a desire to learn, contribute and develop professionally
