Description
The Property Finance Paralegal's responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Title insurance conveyancing
- Full due diligence conveyancing under supervision from a solicitor
- Being proactive with team tasks
- Assisting with quote requests
- Carrying out initial communication (verbal and written) with all parties including banks, other side solicitors and brokers
- Drafting and reviewing paperwork
Profile
The Property Finance Paralegal should be:
- An experienced paralegal, ideally with prior exposure to property finance or commercial property work
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Able to manage deadlines and competing priorities with a proactive approach
- Strong understanding of legal process
- A strong team player with a desire to learn, contribute and develop professionally
