About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Road Freight Forwarder with an import focus to join our expanding team based in Winchester. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced logistics business specialising in European road freight, working alongside a young, dynamic, and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate import shipments from across Europe
Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and transport partners
Prepare and process customs documentation accurately
Negotiate rates and monitor shipment performance
Provide excellent customer service and resolve operational issues
About You
Experience in European road freight forwarding, ideally import-focused
Strong knowledge of customs procedures and documentation
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
Positive, proactive, and able to thrive in a busy team environment
