- Attending briefing calls and meetings alongside lead consultants.
- Conducting initial research into target organisations and industry sectors, maintaining, and making use of databases, online tools and the Ennis & Co network.
- Identifying a shortlist of candidates suitable for each search assignment.
- Completing verbal qualification of each candidate against agreed competencies and criteria for the role.
- Gaining candidate referrals from senior individuals and professional networks
- Being an advocate of a ‘class leading ‘candidate experience
- Previous experience working as Recruitment Consultant or as a Researcher within an executive search firm.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Able to initiate and develop professional relationships
- Aptitude to fully understand a client’s brief.
- Ability to work at pace and use own initiative.
- Competency of using the Microsoft suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
