A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Paralegal to join a dynamic, full-service law firm based in Hampshire. This role sits within our client's Wills, Trust and Probate team and is permanent. However, our client is open to this role being performed on a part-time basis.
The successful candidate will be a point of contact for clients, taking instructions in respect of probate matters and estate administration, and they will get to run their own small case load.
This role calls for a highly experienced candidate, and our client requires applicants to have extensive experience within a busy Wills, Trusts and Probate team in a similar role, and although not essential, a CILEX qualification is highly preferred.
Applicants must also have a good law degree, and preferably the LPC. Excellent communication skills and IT proficiency are also required.
