Join our team as a Production Supervisor, overseeing daily operations and ensuring production targets and quality standards are met efficiently. This role reports directly to the Production Manager and plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure adherence to schedules.
  • Plan and coordinate production to meet manufacturing targets.
  • Optimize resource use and adjust schedules to meet production needs.
  • Enforce quality control and address production issues.
  • Provide leadership, training, and support to enhance team performance.
  • Maintain compliance with safety standards and keep detailed production records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in production supervision.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and train staff.
