A leading, national construction and property consultancy is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team in Winchester. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven Quantity Surveyor to work on a diverse range of projects while developing towards Senior level in a supportive, dynamic environment.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a growing team of 30 professionals, delivering key cost management services across a varied portfolio of projects ranging from 1m to 60m in value.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll support the delivery of schemes across education, student accommodation (PBSA), commercial, high-end residential, local government, and healthcare sectors. You will be involved in all stages of the project lifecycle, gaining exposure to both pre- and post-contract duties, including cost planning, procurement advice, contract administration, and final accounts.

Working closely with Senior and Associate colleagues, the Quantity Surveyor will also benefit from structured training and progression opportunities towards chartership and beyond.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

  • A successful track record working on projects from inception to completion
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Consultancy is a MUST (ideally 1-2 years minimum)
  • A RICS Accredited degree, ideally BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying
  • MRICS is highly desirable or currently working towards & looking for greater support
  • Good Pre and Post contract experience
