A growing, multidisciplinary construction consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding London team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to take on a lead role within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be involved in projects across sectors such as residential, commercial, education, and mixed-use developments.

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading the preparation of cost plans, tender documentation and procurement strategies
  • Managing the tender process and contractor appointment
  • Overseeing valuations, variations, and final accounts
  • Advising on contract administration and financial control
  • Working closely with internal project teams and external stakeholders
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members

Senior Quantity Surveyor - Candidate Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction field
  • MRICS status preferred or working towards chartership
  • 2 years + experience
  • Proven experience in a UK consultancy or multidisciplinary setting
  • Strong understanding of cost management and contract procedures
  • Sector knowledge in areas such as residential, education or commercial
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and organised approach
