- Growing your local reputation and business portfolio
What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience at Senior Negotiator, Lister, or Branch Manager level
- Strong valuation and instruction-winning track record
- Deep understanding of the local property market in your area
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to grow a business
- Highly professional, confident, and self-motivated
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential
