The Role:
As a General LSA, you will:
- Provide support across classrooms, assisting teachers and students with day-to-day learning activities.
- Work with students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis to help them achieve their learning goals.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
- Support students with varying needs, tailoring your approach to help them succeed.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous school-based experience is ideal, but transferable skills from similar settings or experience working with children will also be considered.
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting young people.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
