Quokka Education is looking for resilient, supportive, and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants to work in our partner secondary schools in Winchester. Roles are available to start September 2025, on a full-time and part-time basis.

We offer full support, free online CPD, and taster days to help you confidently transition into the classroom.
About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students in lessons, both 1:1 and in small groups
- Help pupils with SEND (including autism, ADHD, SEMH) to access learning and feel included
- Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage confidence and engagement
- Assist with emotional regulation, communication, and behaviour
- Work alongside teachers and SEN staff to create a safe, inclusive environment
We're Looking For:
- Individuals with any background working with young people – youth workers, teaching assistants, care workers, tutors, mentors, sports coaches, etc.
- People who are empathetic, patient, and adaptable
- Those who are passionate about helping young people thrive in education

- Weekly pay – from £95 per day (via PAYE)
