An opportunity has come to the market working for one of the largest FM companies as aMobile Fabric Engineeracross a contract working for one of the most well known multinational DIY retailing company. This clients business was founded in the 1960's and has approximately 311 stores across the UK. We're looking for aMobile Fabric Engineerto join a team of engineers carrying out general maintenance and compliance works across these sites.
This leading FM company services clients across 77 different countries and employs over 80,000 staff worldwide and over 8,500 in the UK alone with an annual revenue of over 27b.
We're looking for a Fabric Engineerwith a multi trade background who is comfortable working in a retail background and working at heights if/when necessary. In this role you will carry out different maintenance and compliance duties and work on equipment such as the below;

- Basic Electrics
- Basic Carpentry
- Lamp changing
- Take Tap Temperatures
- Flushing
- PPM's
- Reactive maintenance
- Plant Room Checks
- Assist other engineers onsite as required
- Painting & Decorating
- Tiling
