Senior Business Travel Consultant - Required for this family owned travel management company. This is a Monday to Friday role and can be office-based, hybrid or fully remote with a competitive salary dependent on experience. Senior Business Travel Consultant duties:

Managing all manner of business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
Provide expert travel advice whilst adhering to travel policies
Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and delivering excellent customer service
Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and technology to provide the best service possible.
Handle escalated client queries and issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

Senior Business Travel Consultant skills required:

Previous experience in a Senior Business Travel Consultant role
Knowledge of Amadeus is preferable but may consider other GDS
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of travel booking tools and platforms
