We’re looking for an experienced Travel Specialist who is passionate about creating unforgettable journeys and providing expert advice across a wide range of worldwide destinations. Competitive salary: £26k–£30k basic, OTE £35k+ uncapped, flexible hybrid working: 1–2 days per week in the office, or fully remote for experienced candidates (with occasional office visits). Travel Specialist – Role & Responsibilities:

• Use your specialist knowledge to advise customers on tailor-made holidays to incredible worldwide destinations.
• Sell with confidence, achieving monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
• Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and long-term loyalty.
• Liaise with overseas suppliers to source innovative, appealing product to form basis of adventure trips.
• Contribute to the development of adventure travel products, enhancing appeal to a broad customer base.
• Play a key role in growing the customer database, bringing fresh ideas to engage new audiences.

Travel Specialist – Skills & Experience Required:

• Passion for travel, with strong worldwide destination knowledge professionally and gained from own travel experience.
• Experience working as a Travel specialist / Travel Consultant with proven sales success, working towards and achieving targets and putting together tailor-made adventure trips to appeal to the family market.
• Outstanding customer service skills, with a proactive and motivated approach.  
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, to engage customers effectively.
• Strong ability to manage and prioritise workloads in a dynamic sales environment.

Travel Specialist – Key Benefits:

• Competitive salary: £26k–£30k basic, OTE £35k+ uncapped.
• Flexible hybrid working: 1–2 days per week in the office, or fully remote for experienced candidates (with occasional visits to the office)
• Monday to Friday 9 to 6, Saturday mornings jan to march only on a rota basis (approx 3 Saturday mornings worked per year!)
