Requirements:

  • A recognised Teaching Qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent)

  • A minimum of 2 years' teaching experience

  • A minimum of Level 2/3 qualification in Construction or a related trade (e.g., Carpentry, Bricklaying, Plumbing)

  • Strong communication skills, passion for education, and a commitment to high standards of teaching and learning

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Level 2, 3, and T Level qualifications

  • Assess, monitor, and support student progress to help them achieve their full potential

  • Contribute to curriculum development and ensure high standards of delivery
