The Hotel has 30 bedrooms along with a Restaurant, Bar & Lounge. The customer base is very much leisure orientated throughout the year and benefits from a strong sleeper/diner ratio.

The client base is repeat business, walkers, dogs are allowed to stay too. They offer inclusive rate of Dinner Bed & Breakfast and are looking for a Hotel Manager to promote the hotel on social media platforms and creating some good offers to encourage more business for the busy food trade and promotions to offer throughout the year.

You will be working with a Assistant Manager and a team of 19 in total with a Head Chef that has been with them for 8 years, the PMS system is Rezlynx and works very well to identify sales.

The role would suit an Operations/Hotel Manager who has experience within a leisure based hotel.

Can demonstrate commercial acumen in relation to budgeting and forecasting.

An understanding of cost control in relation to payroll & G.Ps across liquor and food.

The ability to maximise revenue and an understanding of rate management.

The ability to lead the team and ensure standards across all areas of the hotel.

Maximise sales and revenue opportunities.

Ensure the hotel is compliant in relation to health and safety and fire regulations.

Report to the owners on a monthly basis.
