Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 + up to £22k annual bonus

On-Site Accommodation
The role includes private, self-contained accommodation in a charming two-bedroom cottage located right next to the pubperfect for immersing yourself in the community and lifestyle of the Lake District.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Leading all aspects of the day-to-day operation
• Delivering outstanding service and memorable guest experiences
• Managing budgets, forecasting, and driving revenue
• Recruiting, training, and developing your team
• Ensuring compliance with all health & safety and licensing regulations
• Working closely with Robinsons Brewery to achieve shared business goals

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in hospitality
• A passion for great food, drink, and customer service
• Commercial awareness with strong financial acumen
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• A hands-on manager who leads by example
• Experience working in premium food-led pubs or inns is a strong advantage
