Salary: 30-37,000

An established architectural practice in Windsor is looking for an Architectural Technician to join its growing team. Known for its design quality and technical excellence, the practice works across a variety of sectors including residential, education, heritage and conservation, community, and leisure projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a technician to develop their career in a supportive, collaborative studio environment and gain experience across all stages of a project, from planning through to construction and completion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical drawings and construction packages.
• Support planning and building regulation submissions.
• Coordinate design information with consultants and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards.
• Produce detailed working drawings using CAD and BIM software.
• Attend site visits as required.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working in a UK architectural practice.
• Strong technical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or BIM workflows is desirable.
• Good understanding of current UK building regulations.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
