We are building our team for the 2025 season and are recruiting the below roles to support our Hotel Kitchen Teams in food preparation and service-related duties across our 3-hotel restaurants and hotel bar,
Commis Chef
Chef De Partie
Kitchen Assistant
Shift opportunities include:
Full Time
Part Time
Monday Friday Only
Mornings Only (6am until 2pm)
Evenings Only (2pm until 10pm)
What does this role entail?
A day in the life of aHotel Kitchen Team member would include
Preparing a range of high quality dishes from our family buffetto our A La Carte restaurants
Being confident in providing excellent menu knowledge and having the ability to adhere to allergen and dietary requirements where necessary
Adhering to the highest standards of Health & Safety as well as Food Safety both with the products that are served and within the working environment
Supporting with deliveries and ensuring stock is stored correctly and safely
Preparing dishes of high quality in a timely manner
Working as part of a team to ensure the operation runs smoothly
What is required for this role?
Here are some desirable qualities requiredfor this role
Previous Food and Beverage or Hospitality experience is required
Food Safety Qualifications required
Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
Be a great communicator both with peers as well as the management team
Be adaptable and flexible tosupport with businessrequirements
Always be approachable with a positive can-do attitude and show willingness towards being a team player
Previous Food and Beverage or Hospitality experience required
