Sous Chef role based at the multi kitchen based site. Full time role working 5 out of 7 and it will inlcude weekends and evening shifts.
The role will see you support the Head Chef and Kitchen management team.
You will supervise junior team members, delegate tasks to ensure all sections have well presented. tasty food in a timeley manner.Oversee the food production adherring to H&S Policies.
You will manage the stock control, keeping within budgets and GP expectations. A great opportunity for an experienced CDP looking for the next step in their career.
