Key Responsibilities
Order Management & Customer Support
- Process and follow up on sales orders and quotations
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email with clarity and professionalism
- Ensure accurate data entry and order tracking
- Liaise with distributors, showrooms, and internal sales teams
Sales Pipeline Development
- Build strong relationships with interior designers, specifiers, and architects
- Identify and follow up on new business opportunities
- Promote our luxury fabrics and accessories
- Manage revenue targets for a defined customer group
Customer Experience Excellence
- Deliver a world-class customer experience and aftercare
- Handle returns and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
- Stay informed on export, freight, and VAT procedures
- Proactively seek ways to enhance the customer journey
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in customer service and order processing
- A clear, confident, and professional telephone manner is essential
- Background in luxury interiors, fabrics, or design is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is advantageous
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Passionate about interiors and delivering excellence
