A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Contracts Manager to join a regional design and fit out contractor based in the Windsor, Berkshire area, to work on a full time, permanent basis.

This business prides themselves on creating an exceptional working environment, ensuring their employees feel valued and an influential part of the success story whilst having fun along the way!
You will join forces with an established Contracts Management team who have each been with this company for over 15 years.

The focus will be to deliver between 2-3 projects at one time, valuing between £700k and £2Million with high standards of quality. You will be leading contract administration and project management activities on behalf of our client.

In short, this position offers a fantastic opportunity to implement client satisfaction and prompt, snag-free delivery whilst leading the Project, Design and Commercial team through each project. It will be possible for the Contracts Manager to effectively oversee projects worth £5-8 million each year.
