Job Title: Accounts ManagerLocation: Windsor, BerkshireSalary: £50,000 – £53,000 per annumJob Type: Full-time | Office-based Are you an experienced and qualified Accounts Manager looking to take ownership of a dynamic finance function within a growing business? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to oversee financial operations and support strategic business growth. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  • Manage short- and long-term cash flow to support business growth
  • Oversee payment runs and manage credit control processes
  • Deliver monthly management accounts, KPI reporting, variance analysis, and trend reporting to the Board
  • Prepare annual statutory accounts and assist with external audits
  • Submit VAT returns and manage CIS payments for subcontractors
  • Handle staff payroll and month/year-end reporting
  • Identify and implement process improvements for finance systems and controls
  • Manage and support an Accounts Assistant, including appraisals and development
 About You:
  • CIMA or ACCA qualified (essential)
  • Proven experience in a similar Accounts Manager role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, payroll, and CIS
  • Confident in preparing and presenting financial reports
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative approach
