Part II Architectural Assistant

Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience

A leading, design-driven architectural practice (confidential) is seeking a talented Part II Architectural Assistant to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a diverse project portfolio while receiving full support toward your Part III qualification.



The Role

You will play an active role in the development of projects from concept through to technical delivery. Working closely with senior team members, you will contribute to design development, technical detailing, coordination, and the production of high-quality drawing packages. This position offers strong professional development and exposure to all stages of architectural work.



Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to design development across a variety of project types

  • Produce accurate drawings and technical details

  • Coordinate construction information with contractors, consultants, and suppliers

  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive project team

  • Assist in preparing planning and building regulation packages



About You

Suitable candidates will bring the following skills and attributes:

  • Strong understanding of UK Planning and Building Regulations

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit experience highly advantageous

  • Confident working autonomously as well as part of a team

  • Strong technical and detailing ability

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
