- Assisting solicitors in managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documentation, contracts, and correspondence.
- Conducting searches, ID checks, and other compliance-related tasks.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders to progress matters smoothly.
- Maintaining accurate records and case management systems.
- Providing general administrative support to the property team as required.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Paralegal (preferably in residential conveyancing).
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong client care skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and enthusiastic with a “can-do” attitude.
