Our client, based in Windsor, are looking for a Personal Assistant/Coordinator to support their visitor team, on a full-time temporary basis for the next 8 weeks, with a possibility to be extended. This is a fast-paced, varied role, where you must provide support to the team by assisting with administrative tasks, coordinating others, booking meetings, helping with financial tracking and other ad hoc tasks.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Organise and maintain diary commitments for the management team
- Ensuring relevant papers are prepared, alerting priorities and outstanding issues
- Monitoring and managing incoming/outgoing emails
- Liaise with external and internal maintenance teams
- Monitoring the building such as energy and utility readings, recording information and dealing with any queries that may arise
- Track visitor data for monthly reports
- Maintain accurate records and contracts
- Raise all necessary POs for team requirements

Pay Rate: £15.86 per hour
The successful candidate will be an experienced PA who is able to maintain excellent attention to detail whilst prioritising work in a focused, methodical way and working on their own initiative as well as within a team. You will need a fundamental understanding of all Microsoft Office applications but an intermediate understanding of Excel as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
