Premises Manager - Independent School, Berkshire
Salary: 35,000 - 40,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: ASAP
A highly respected independent school in Berkshire is seeking a Premises Manager to join their dedicated Site Team.
You will lead on all aspects of site management, ensuring the school's buildings and grounds are safe, secure, and well-maintained. Responsibilities include managing contractors, overseeing maintenance and cleaning teams, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
You will need:
- Experience in facilities or site management (preferably in a school)
- Practical maintenance skills (plumbing, carpentry, electrical)
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- A full UK driving licence (MIDAS desirable)
