Transport Planner

Location: Wingham (near Canterbury/Dover)
Salary: £25,396.80
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent (Monday to Friday)

What you’ll do:

  • Respond to customer enquiries and process orders
  • Support transport planning to ensure timely deliveries
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain service excellence

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Transport planning knowledge (desirable but not essential)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Excellent telephone skills 
  • Resilient attitude.
