Introduction
Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established engineering company based in Winkleigh.
This role offers full training and the opportunity to work within a hands-on production environment using fibre glass and resins to create a variety of products.
Key Duties:
Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products.
Checking information on drawings is clear.
Helping to develop processes to improve quality and efficiency.
Keeping all equipment maintained.
Ensuring the department is kept clean and tidy.
Preparing moulds.
Using hand and power tools.
Requirements:
Driving licence essential due to location.
Previous production experience preferred, but full training will be provided.
Knowledge of Health & Safety.
Strong time management skills to organise work and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently following initial training and induction.
What We Offer:
12.21 per hour plus overtime.
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.
Full training provided.
Temporary to permanent opportunity with a well-established employer.
