Role: Production Operative
Location: Winkleigh
Hours: Monday- Friday 8.00am-5.00pm
Rate: 11.44 per hour + overtime
Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a well established engineering company in Winkleigh.
The role will involve working with fibre glass and resins to produce various items.
Job Duties:
- Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products
- Checking information on drawings is clear
- Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency
- Keep all equipment maintained
- Ensure the department is kept clean and tidy
- Mould preparation
- Use of hand and power tools
Person Specification:
- Driving licence is essential due to location
- Previous production experience but full training will be given
- Knowledge of Health & Safety
- Time management skills - organise work and meet deadlines
- Able to work with little supervision following initial training and induction
