Acorn by Synergie is currently recruiting for a well established engineering company in Winkleigh.

The role will involve working with fibre glass and resins to produce various items.

Job Duties:

  • Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products
  • Checking information on drawings is clear
  • Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency
  • Keep all equipment maintained
  • Ensure the department is kept clean and tidy
  • Mould preparation
  • Use of hand and power tools

Person Specification:

  • Driving licence is essential due to location
  • Previous production experience but full training will be given
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety
  • Time management skills - organise work and meet deadlines
  • Able to work with little supervision following initial training and induction
