Lead Generator / Market Researcher – Business Development Team
Oakley Food Projects is a family-owned leader in turnkey factory fit-outs for the food, drink, and pharmaceutical industries. Since 2012, we’ve helped manufacturers expand and future-proof their facilities, and now we’re looking for a Lead Generator to join our expanding team.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively generate new leads through cold calling and market research, including re-engaging lapsed clients.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, identifying potential clients and opportunities within the food and drink manufacturing industry.
- Achieve or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly call, lead, and sales targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision makers, including sales & marketing directors, product managers, strategy directors and market researchers.
- Present and promote Oakley’s turnkey fit-out solution to prospective clients effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in lead generation and B2B sales, ideally within construction or related industries.
- Proven skills in cold calling, networking, and building client pipelines.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and proficiency in MS Office.
