Rate of pay 12.21ph (plus a monthly bonus for full attendance once permanent!)

Our client is looking for dedicated production operatives to join their team, this is a temporary to permanent opportunity for successful candidates.

Working Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 6.00 am - 2.45 pm

Friday: 6.00 am - 12.00 noon

You will play a crucial role in the production process by using hand tools and power tools to secure parts and fixings onto furnishings. Your attention to detail and craftsmanship will ensure that products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Utilise hand tools effectively to assemble and secure components to furniture.
    • Follow assembly instructions and specifications to ensure accuracy.
    • Conduct quality checks on finished products to maintain standards.
    • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
    • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

What We're Looking For:

    • Strong manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
    • An eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
    • Reliable timekeeping skills to ensure consistent attendance and punctuality.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
