My client is a leading FM provider, due to an expansion of work they are recruiting for a preformance manager for a 3 month temp contract.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

This is a senior role and will be responsible for the managing the performance framework of the contract. This involves, KPI management & reporting, contractual reporting (planned and ad hoc) and the application for payment process. Another main aspect of the role is the management of the helpdesk function. The role will also involvement benchmarking activities in line with the contract and also cost analysis to drive efficiencies and savings.

Hours 37.5 hours per week, 9am-5pm, Mon- Fri.

Hourly rate up to 29p/h PAYE
