For the successful Operations Manager our client is offering:
- £60,000 per annum
- Days 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
- Permanent Position

The role – Operations Manager:
- Senior accountable owner for the relationship with customers
- Collaboration and liaison with other Managers and members of the senior leadership team.
- Ability to take ownership and accountability of allocated projects to ensure delivery of the technical and financial performance whilst having the backing of a supportive team and working closely with the senior leadership.
- Senior representative attending customer meeting cover all project aspects and levels of seniority within the customer organisation.
- Lead the project team and manage the supply chain to deliver projects to time, meeting cost and quality targets and company standards.
- Delivering continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.
What our client is looking for in a Operations Manager:
- Experience of Operations Management within a manufacturing / FMCG / Packaging - ESSENTIAL
- Have a working knowledge of the procedures and processes undertaken in Manufacturing environments.
- Commercial awareness and experience in working with Customers quantity Surveyors.
- Experience in building and expanding a team to meet additional demands.
