Assembly Technician (Semi-Skilled) - Day & Night Shifts
Location: Crewe, Winsford
Salary: Day Shift: 13.84 per hour Night Shift: 15.08 per hour
Shifts: Day Shift: Monday-Thursday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Night Shift: Monday-Thursday 8:30 PM - 6:00 AM, Friday 7:30 PM - 1:30 AM
(30-minute unpaid lunch each day)

Key Objectives:
You will work in either our specialist bodybuilding team or on the production line, helping to assemble high-quality trailers or vehicle bodies. This hands-on role involves working with materials such as hardwood, fiberglass, steel, and aluminium. Common tasks include fitting floors, assembling trailer sides, and constructing roofs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Follow technical drawings and specification sheets
* Meet daily and weekly production targets as part of a team
* Take direction from team leaders and senior colleagues
* Maintain high health and safety standards
* Keep the work area clean and organised
* Use materials and consumables efficiently to reduce waste
* Contribute to a safe, productive working environment
Skills & Experience Required:
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills
* Ability to assemble components with attention to detail and quality
* Confident using a range of hand tools
* Committed to achieving daily output targets
* Ability to read technical drawings (preferred)
* Willingness to invest in a personal basic hand tool kit over time
