Looking for a hands-on role with a leading company in intelligent transport solutions? SRL are at the forefront of traffic management innovation, providing temporary traffic systems like portable signals, message boards, and CCTV. Our mission is to create safer, more efficient roads through sustainable solutions.

About the Role

This role is within the Finance Team and centers around Supplier Management, Accounts Payable and Financial Reconciliation.

It requires attention to detail, strong numerical skills and proficiency in Financial Software like Excel and SAGE.

Key Accountabilities

  • Managing and processing all the supplier invoices that come into the business.
  • Maintaining strong business relationships with suppliers.
  • Building up Internal relations with all depots and other members of SRL.
  • Matching all purchase orders to invoices received – dealing with queries with SRL procurement and suppliers directly.
  • Reconciling all supplier statements every month.
  • Dealing with all credit card transactions and communicating with internal colleagues.
  • Maintaining existing and creating new supplier accounts in SAGE.
  • Maintain deadlines in line with the monthly finance calendar.
