- Manage multiple email accounts, diaries, appointments, and correspondence
- Prepare high-quality documentation including briefings, presentations, agendas, minutes, and action logs
- Attend and minute meetings as directed by senior staff
- Provide support to Staff Officers in relation to national portfolios
- Use the Case Management Tool to respond to requests in line with agreed service levels
- Maintain accurate and efficient filing and record systems
- Support continuity of service within the secretarial team
- Previous experience in a high-level secretarial or PA role
- Educated to Level 2 or equivalent relevant experience
- Exceptional keyboard and IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with an ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Subject to enhanced vetting
- May be required to attend meetings off-site
- Expected to uphold the values and standards of the Police Service
