About the Role:
A thriving secondary school in Winslow is seeking a passionate Drama Teacher to join their Creative Arts department. You will inspire students to express themselves through performance, develop confidence, and achieve academic success in Drama at KS3 and KS4.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver creative and engaging Drama lessons across KS3–KS4.
  • Lead school plays, performances, and enrichment activities.
  • Support students in developing performance and evaluative skills.
  • Work closely with the wider Arts team to promote creativity across the curriculum.

Requirements:

  • QTS or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Drama and Theatre Studies.
  • Experience teaching GCSE Drama desirable.
  • Passion for inspiring confidence and creativity in young people.
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain).
