The Role:
As a Personal Care Support Assistant, you will provide a combination of educational and care-based support to students. Your key responsibilities include:

• Following clear instructions and task requirements effectively

• Retaining and applying important information using visual and auditory memory

• Providing personal care support to students as needed

• Creating a positive and engaging environment that supports student learning

• Assisting in planning and delivering classroom activities

• Offering 1:1 or small group support to students with a variety of needs

About You:

• Friendly, approachable, and professional manner

• Experience working with children in educational or care settings

• Reliable and able to commit to regular working hours (full-time or part-time)

• Hold a valid DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)
