In this hands-on role, you’ll not only manage sales orders and provide admin support, but also assist in the warehouse with packing and goods-in tasks. To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • Previous experience in order processing or sales administration
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers
  • Familiarity with Sage 200 is a bonus, but full training will be provided

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Processing sales orders, including packing and dispatching smaller items
  • Coordinating delivery timescales with internal manufacturing teams
  • Communicating with customers via phone and email to provide updates and resolve queries
  • Assisting with incoming stock deliveries
  • Managing and dispatching product samples
  • Providing admin support to the Field Sales Team
  • Assisting with invoice processing during holiday cover periods
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, resolving queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Ensuring a high standard of customer service across all touchpoints
