Chef de Partie (CDP)

MCG Recruitment are working with our delightful partner to help find a creative and passionate Chef de Partie to join their dynamic kitchen team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
The menus change regularly, reflecting the best of local produce and encouraging input from the whole team — your creativity and ideas are always welcome!
What We're Looking For:

Proven experience working in a high-quality, well eqipped kitchen
Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and attention to detail in presentation
Strong organisational skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Ability to work effectively across all kitchen sections
Commitment to maintaining high food hygiene and safety standards
A great team player who thrives under pressure
Eligibility to work in the UK (this role does not offer sponsorship)

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and presenting dishes to Company specification
Supporting senior chefs with menu development and service delivery
Contributing to a positive, professional, and collaborative kitchen culture
Assisting in training and mentoring junior team members
Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and consistency across all sections
