We're looking for a driven Operations Variance Analyst to take ownership of stock accuracy, material variance control, and continuous improvement within a busy food manufacturing environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into data, identifying trends, and making real changes that drive efficiency and reduce waste.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and manage stock counts (weekly, monthly, and annual).
  • Investigate and resolve material variances to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Produce clear, data-driven reports to highlight performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Support and improve ERP system processes, becoming the on-site expert for best practice.
  • Coach and guide team members to ensure data and stock integrity.
  • Work closely with Production and Warehouse teams to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Manage and support one Production Administrator.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong with numbers and data, with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Confident using Excel - comfortable with formulas, data checks, and interpreting reports.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (food or FMCG preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • An understanding of Lean or Continuous Improvement principles is a plus.
