Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Bebington
Prospero Teaching are working with a primary school in Bebington who are looking to appoint a Level 2 Teaching Assistant on a fixed-term contract.
The school has a welcoming and supportive atmosphere where staff work closely to provide high-quality learning experiences for all pupils. This role will involve supporting teaching and learning across the classroom, working with small groups, and providing 1:1 support where needed. You will work closely with the class teacher to help pupils make progress academically, socially and emotionally.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold a recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Have recent experience supporting children in a primary school setting
- Be confident supporting small groups and 1:1 interventions
- Demonstrate patience, flexibility and a positive approach to learning
CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS
- Location - Bebington
- Position - Level 2 Teaching Assistant (Fixed Term)
- Type of work - Classroom support / small group interventions
- Start date - As soon as possible
- Contract type - Fixed Term (Temporary through Prospero)
- Full time/part time - Full time
- Minimum rate of pay - 90 - 100 per day
- Hours - 8:30am to 3:30pm
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional references
